Here at Alice’s, we do fusion! We take different cuisines and cooking methods and create unique dishes that expose our customers to new flavors and excite their palettes.
Our head chef uses as inspiration the cuisines from her childhood in Ghana, London, Switzerland and the US, to create tasty new versions of their signature dishes and comfort foods.
In 2007, Chef Elizabeth, began her business in order to showcase cuisines and feature dishes that she would want to eat, whether it be southern Italy, West Africa, United States, or some other region that inspires her.
In providing a unique service to companies in Phoenix and its greater metro area, our motto is simple…… Use only fresh, organic ingredients, make our sauces from scratch, make the food tasty and wholesome like our guests are eating home cooked meals, and do these things without breaking the bank.
These features make us a great tasting alternative to the fast food market. We are very competitively priced and we can take the place of for a full-service cafeteria to fulfill corporate needs.
